Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No. There are no monthly fees, no setup costs, and no subscriptions. Customers and contractors pay a flat fee per order. Haulers pay a flat fee per load. Pit owners list for free and only pay standard payment processing fees.
How does Pit Owner pricing work?
Pit owners pay nothing to list their storefront or manage orders. Standard payment processing fees (Stripe) apply when customers pay by card. You keep the rest — no platform commission, no invoicing or manual payments needed.
What if I place a large multi-load order?
Contractors pay $4.99 for orders under 10 loads and $9.99 for orders with 10 or more loads. The fee is per order, not per load — so a 15-load order still costs $9.99.
What payment methods do you support?
We support all major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and digital wallets through Stripe. Payouts for pit owners and haulers go directly to your linked bank account.
What do fleet companies pay?
Fleet hauling companies pay $3.99 per load (vs. $2.99 for independent drivers). Fleet companies also get multi-driver management, company-wide dispatch, and aggregated earnings reports.
Do you offer enterprise or volume pricing?
Yes. For large fleets, multi-location pit operations, or enterprise contractors with high order volumes, contact us for custom pricing and dedicated support.
