1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the QuickPiles platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuickPiles is a B2B marketplace connecting aggregate material suppliers (“Pits”), haulers, and buyers. The platform facilitates ordering, dispatching, tracking, and payment for material deliveries.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Payments & Fees

Transactions are processed through Stripe Connect. Platform fees are disclosed at checkout. Payout schedules depend on your Stripe account configuration.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. QuickPiles reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

QuickPiles provides the platform “as is.” We are not liable for disputes between buyers, sellers, or haulers, nor for damages arising from use of the Service beyond the fees paid to us.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
